Our Approach
Method introduction

We begin by listening, asking questions and getting to know the site, content, collection and audience. Together, we clarify the story, priorities, opportunities and practical requirements that will guide the project.

Design
This is where the experience starts to take shape. We explore the visitor journey, spatial design, storytelling, visual direction and interactive elements, giving everyone something clear to respond to and build on.

Design Development &
Documentation
Once the direction is agreed, we work through the detail. We coordinate the graphics, content, materials, objects, lighting, audiovisual elements and technical requirements, keeping a close eye on budget, programme, and visitor experience.

Fabrication &
Production
We work with trusted suppliers to turn the design into a physical experience. Prototypes, materials, production details and finishes are checked along the way, with clients kept up to date as everything comes together.

Installation &
Handover
We coordinate the final installation, testing and finishing touches, making sure everything looks right and works as planned. Once the doors are ready to open, we provide the information your team needs to operate, maintain or tour the experience.
